What are the three ways to work with us?

Direct answer

There are three working models, and the difference is who signs with the factory. On a spot order we contract the factory as the trading party and you pay a margin on the goods. On programme sourcing you contract the factory directly and pay a sourcing and QC fee. On verification only you keep your existing suppliers and pay a fixed fee per verification. The model is agreed before any order is placed and it is stated in the quotation.

Key facts

  1. Spot order is for a first trial or a one-off buy; we hold the contract with the factory.
  2. Programme sourcing suits repeat production against your own quality standard; you hold the contract.
  3. Verification only is for buyers who already have suppliers and want them checked.
  4. The model decides who carries the tooling, the claim and the compliance duty.

The model decides who signs with the factory, and that one fact decides who owns the tooling, who carries a claim, and how your accountant sees the purchase.

How to choose between them

Whichever model applies, a quotation states the unit, the order quantity and the basis, and you can stop after the quotation or after the sample without committing to production.
