> Spot order, programme sourcing or verification only: who contracts the factory, who carries what risk, and which model fits which kind of buyer.

The model decides who signs with the factory, and that one fact decides who owns the tooling, who carries a claim, and how your accountant sees the purchase. The three working models. The model decides who holds the contract and what you are paying for. Model Who contracts the factory Best for What you pay for Spot order Us, as the trading party A first trial order or a one-off buy A margin on the goods Programme sourcing You, directly Repeat production against your own quality standard A sourcing and QC fee Verification only You You already have suppliers and want them checked A fixed fee per verification How to choose between them Choose spot order when the specification is still moving, or when the volume does not justify a tooling commitment. You are buying a working sample of the supply chain rather than a programme. Choose programme sourcing when the specification is proven and the order repeats. You carry the contract and the tooling question; we carry the sourcing, the checkpoints and the inspection. Choose verification only when you already buy from China and the gap is evidence, not supply. The four gates are run against your factory and you get the findings, including when the answer is that we cannot verify it. Whichever model applies, a quotation states the unit, the order quantity and the basis, and you can stop after the quotation or after the sample without committing to production.
