Four desks, so that nothing gets lost. Pick the one that matches you and include the detail listed — that is usually the difference between an answer and a round of questions. Buyers & sourcing Send a specification and a quantity. We answer against verified factory data and tell you when the data is not good enough to answer with. Send a specification → Distributors & trade accounts Importers, distributors and private-label brands asking for full price ranges, capacity detail and sample coordination. Apply for a trade account → Factories Chinese manufacturers of lures, rods or tackle accessories who want a verified listing evaluated against the 4 verification gates. Submit factory details → Data corrections & press Corrections to a published record, removal requests, research or media enquiries, and partnership proposals. See what to include → Direct channels Public contact routes. The two email addresses below are live corporate mailboxes (weihaicheery.com); every route that is still unpublished says so rather than pointing at a dead mailbox. Buyer & sourcing enquiries Request a quote form — preferred, because it captures the specification Trade account applications Application form — reviewed within one business day Factory applications Factory form — reviewed within two business days Sales email tian@weihaicheery.com Buyer sourcing, distributors, trade accounts and data corrections. The subject line is pre-filled so your message is routed on arrival; a quantity and a destination market get the fastest useful answer. Supplier email bensia@weihaicheery.com Factory listing applications, verification questions and certificate follow-ups. WhatsApp Being configured Office hours Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 (GMT+8) Business address To be published with the registered entity We publish no personal data. Business contact details only, and only where they are already public or given to us for publication. What to include in each type of enquiry Buyer enquiry Product or sub-category, with the parameters that matter (weight, material, hardware, action) Quantity for the first order and the expected annual volume Destination market and preferred Incoterm Certifications or market requirements Timing: when you need the goods landed Data correction The supplier ID from the profile URL The field that is wrong, and what it should say A source or document that supports the correction Whether you are the factory, a buyer, or a third party We correct or withdraw, and we note the change on the record. Removal requests are actioned within 24 hours. Before you write Two things speed everything up: State the basis you want. FOB and EXW prices differ by inland freight and export handling; telling us which you compare on removes a round trip. Say what you will do with the answer. A trial order, a budget check and a full programme need different levels of detail, and we would rather give you the right one. Which desk handles which question? Four desks, one reply-time standard each. Routing to the wrong desk is the most common cause of a slow answer. Desk What it handles Reply time Buyer sourcing Specifications, quotations, sample coordination 1 business day Trade accounts Distributor and trade-account applications 1 business day Factory applications Suppliers applying to be listed 2 business days Data corrections Challenges to a published record 1 business day What should you include so the first reply is useful? Product type and sub-category, as specifically as you can. Order quantity —the figure you would actually place, not a range. Material and colourway, with the tolerance you will accept on a repeat order. Packaging format, if retail packaging is part of the order. Destination market, because it decides the compliance route and the duty treatment. How big is the Chinese fishing tackle export market? How big is the Chinese fishing tackle export market? That concentration is why specification discipline matters more than factory discovery: the factories are not hard to find, the comparable quotation is. Figures retrieved from UN Comtrade (reporter China and United States, HS 9507, 2024) and aggregated across partner countries. They are historical customs values, not offers. Frequently asked questions How fast will I get an answer? Within one business day for buyer enquiries and data corrections, two business days for factory applications. If we cannot answer at all, we say so rather than leaving the message open. Can I call instead of writing? For anything with a specification, writing first is faster — we can attach factory data to the thread and you keep a written trail. A call is scheduled once the specification is clear. I found an error in a supplier record. What should I include? The supplier ID, the field that is wrong, and the evidence that contradicts it. We correct or withdraw the record and note the change. Data corrections from buyers are one of the most useful things we receive.
